Are there any fees associated with Gift Cards?

Nope! There are no extra fees tied to our Gift Cards. You only pay the card's face value and any shipping and handling costs associated with the card.
Can I adjust the value of a Gift Card after purchase?

No. Once you've paid, the value is set. You can add funds to the gift card through the reload function if you have the card number and pin.
How do I cancel my Gift Card order?

All gift card sales are final and there are no refunds, except where required by law. If there was an error in your ordering and your Gift Card hasn't been delivered yet, you can reach out to Customer Support for assistance. Just keep in mind, that some restrictions may apply.
What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
What's a credit card Security Code, and why do you need it?

The Security Code helps protect you from unauthorized transactions. It's that three-digit number on the back of your card (or four digits on the front if you're using American Express).
When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged as soon as you complete your purchase. It'll show up on your statement with the merchant's name.
When will my recipient receive their Gift Card?
- eGift Cards: These are sent via email and or SMS, and typically arrive within an hour if you select same-day delivery. If you schedule it for a future date, they'll get it in the morning on that day or at the specific time you requested.
- Plastic Gift Cards: Shipping times depend on the method you choose. Once it's shipped, we'll email you a tracking number if available to keep an eye on its progress.
What are the shipping options?
- eGift Cards: Sent via email or SMS so there's no shipping involved.
- Plastic Gift Cards: You can go with standard shipping, or opt for expedited shipping for a quicker delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?

After you place your order, we'll send you an order number. You can always log in to the self-service portal to see the current status of your order. For digital cards, we will send you updates after the card has been delivered and opened. For physical cards, after your Gift Card ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can see where your package is.
Where can I ship my order?

We ship Gift Cards to valid street addresses within the U.S. For security reasons, we don't ship to P.O. Boxes.
Can I purchase an eGift Card for myself?

Absolutely! Just choose the "Print" option or send it to yourself when you're buying. It'll be sent to the email address you provide, and you can follow the instructions in the email to redeem it.
I want to print an eGift Card to give in person. How can I do that?

You can easily do this by selecting the "Print" option at checkout. Once you receive the eGift Card via email, just follow the link to view it, and then choose the option to print it out. It's a great way to present a personalized gift in person.

Where can I use my Gift Card?

You can use your Gift Card wherever it's accepted. Be sure to check the terms and conditions for specific locations if needed.
Do Gift Cards expire?

In most cases, they do not, however there are some exceptions. Promotional or Comp cards do expire. We suggest you use it sooner rather than later, so you don't forget about it.
Can I reload my Gift Card after using the full amount?

Yes, you can. You will need the gift card number and the pin to do this.
Where can I check the balance of my gift card?

You can go to your self-service portal and see all the gift cards sent to you. You can also enter your card and pin there to get the balance.

eGift Card

What does the recipient get when I send an eGift Card?

An eGift Card is delivered by email and SMS and includes a link to view the card you created, complete with the design you picked, the recipient's name, your message, and the card's value and code. The email also explains how to redeem the card, and there might be special offers included too.
How do you ensure the eGift Card email doesn't get lost in spam?

We use the latest industry best practices to help make sure the eGift Card lands in the right inbox. You'll get a confirmation when it's delivered and another when it's viewed. If the eGift Card isn't viewed within 15 days, we'll send you an alert with options to resolve the issue.
How do I know if the recipient actually received the eGift Card?

We'll notify you by email when the eGift Card is delivered and again when it's viewed. If it hasn't been viewed within 15 days, you'll get a notification with steps you can take. You can also contact Customer Support with your order number to check on the status.
Do I need a color printer or special equipment to print my eGift Card?

Not at all! Any standard printer will do, and you don't need to print in color. The most important thing is that the Card Number is clear.

Security & Reliability

Is my order secure?

Yes, absolutely. We use SSL encryption to protect all your personal and financial information. Our entire Gift Card purchase process is PCI-compliant. If you have any concerns, just reach out to Customer Support.
What if I lose my eGift Card?

Your eGift Card is like cash, so keep it safe. If you lose it, contact Customer Support right away. If the card hasn't been redeemed or still has a balance, we can cancel it and issue you a new one to the original recipient only.
What if someone copies my printed eGift Card?

We take fraud seriously, but it's also important that you protect your eGift Card. If someone makes a copy and uses it, the value will be gone from your card. If you suspect your eGift Card has been copied or stolen, contact Customer Support immediately. We can reissue any unused balance on a new card to the original recipient only.
